Stunning, IDEAL location back to the shops.

It was fairly clean with great and lovely staff. The pool area was nice and the location was particularly good and great, not far from the river and a birding paradise, town center and airport. Also, a massive mosque was 3 km away.

Stayed in a lovely deluxe queen room with a mini-kitchen and spacious bathroom, all adding to a perfect location close to the town center.

Great complimentary wine and chocolate upon arrival. the location is superb, just a short walk to the river which offers a spectacular view. the room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed, and they provided extra pillows which was great.

Although it was Xmas week and they were fully booked, the staff seemed understaffed and therefore took long to attend to us. the breakfast was disappointing, with cold food, and the coffee tasted old.

Secondly, the attention to detail was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, as seen in their thoughtfulness such as providing extra coffee and filtered water in the fridge. Lastly, the rooms were spacious and well-equipped with a large bathroom and mini-kitchen. It was truly convenient and felt like a home away from home.

All was in order, no improvements needed.
